What is a good catalytic converter that is California legal emissions for performance?

Im looking to get a new catalytic converter from the stock one that comes with a 1990 GMC Sierra but i dont really know much about what to look for in them... What are some good brands, and maybe even models that will work with 50 state legal?|||there are several companies that make them but some do not live up to the standards make sure you get in writing what warranty covers and for how long put after market in my tahoe and it would not pass e-missions even though original is expensive it's always the best|||I think you need to ask a California emission check station .When it comes to California whats legal here in Va doesn't mean its legal in California
